Engage is a media production company specializing in TV and film. We draw upon long standing relationships with award-winning writers, directors, and industry specialists to bring meaningful stories to life. We have offices in the UK and USA and our team is highly mobile and versatile, with excellent connections in L.A, London, and Edinburgh to name a few locations.


Our team features accolades such as a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit, awarded to our own AJ Riach. His work on films such as Set Fire to the Stars (2014) featuring Elijah wood, Shooting for Socrates (2014), and more recently The Princess Switch: Switched Again (2020) and Castle for Christmas (2021) for Netflix, has cemented him as one of British cinemas’ brightest up and coming talents.

AJ was named a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit in 2014, having been recognized as one the brightest emerging stars by a panel of celebrated Industry professionals. AJ's first Feature as a Producer, SET FIRE TO THE STARS was nominated for 7 BAFTA Cymru Awards, winning three. He has gone on to work on projects such as Netflix’s hit film franchise THE PRINCESS SWITCH with Vanessa Hudgens and Steven Soderbergh’s MAGIC MIKE’S LAST DANCE. AJ also Co-Produced CHEVALIER for Fox Searchlight which had it’s World Premier at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival. His most recent credits include SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 3 for Paramount and BLACK BAG for Focus Features. As a Producer for Engage, AJ’s drive and passion propels our story driven projects forward.

 
 

Tammie Teoh
Production Assistant

Tammie Teoh is a Production Assistant for Engage. She is very much involved with the operations and physical aspects of production (and loves it!).

Fresh off the boat, she left her home in Singapore and came to London seeking for an adventure and has never looked back since! A film graduate of University of Westminster, Tammie continued her filmmaking journey with High-End TV and Film productions for Hulu, Paramount, and Focus Features.

Adele Parks MBE is The Sunday Times number one bestselling author of LIES LIES LIES and JUST MY LUCK. She has written 24 bestselling novels in 24 years with over 5 million UK editions sold and her work has been translated into 31 languages. She is an Executive Producer on the adaptation of her novel THE IMAGE OF YOU. Adele is an ambassador for the National Literacy Trust and The Reading Agency. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II gave Adele the honour of M.B.E for Services to Literature in the New Year Honours List 2022.

Born in Los Angeles, Michael's peripatetic life has at last led him back to LA where he lives in the Silver Lake neighbourhood with Katherine and various pets.

Destiny is a critically acclaimed BAFTA Award winning director based in the UK & LA. Her award-winning feature comedy Gone Too Far! premiered at London Film Festival and played at TIFF. Destiny directed DANNY AND THE HUMAN ZOO written by the acclaimed comedian Lenny Henry for Red Productions/BBC One. She has directed primetime UK television such as SILENT WITNESS, international drama including RIVIERA and most recently directed the second half of the multi BAFTA award winning THE END OF THE F**ING WORLD Season 2 for Netflix.

 
 
Ron Luscinski

Ron Luscinski is an award-winning director whose work spans film, television and commercial production. As the go-to director for the Armed Forces, Luscinski has directed over twenty films that focus on the U.S Army and Navy. He also directed the ESPN Films’ documentary ’51 DONS and all nine episodes of the ESPN series BATTLEFROG which reached an audience of over 22 million viewers in 68 nations worldwide. Luscinski has been recognized with a multitude of awards, including an Emmy, two Cable Aces and multiple Telly awards.

Danny Llewelyn

Danny Llewelyn is an LA-based producer and screenwriter who produced the highly successful feature film AKEELAH AND THE BEE for Lionsgate Entertainment. Critically lauded, AKEELAH earned best picture honors at the Black Movie Awards and best picture nominations at the Critics’ Choice Awards and NAACP Awards. Danny also co-wrote and produced the ESPN Films’ documentary ’51 DONS and executive produced the hit ESPN series BATTLEFROG. As a screenwriter, he sold the pilot SUBURBAN WARFARE to Michael Eisner’s studio Tornante.
